The bed was super comfortable and the common areas were super nice. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. the fingerprint locking system was great and the lockers outside the bedroom were a smart idea.
The showers did not have a place to hang your clothes and that was quite inconvenient. the kitchen only had an oven and microwave, no stove for cooking.

I couldn't have asked for more in terms of value for money and the room itself. The hostel was modern and well-designed, with thoughtful details like fingerprint key access and handy pouches on the walls next to the beds. The staff were great, offering a free walking tour that was really enjoyable. Plus, the central location was unbeatable, with easy access to the metro and all the main attractions.
When it comes to breakfast choices, it would have been nice to have more variety.

The facilities were great with clean rooms and a great breakfast. We especially loved the fact that the bathroom was only shared with a small number of people, making it much more comfortable than other hostels. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the major attractions. Despite some noise outside at night, we still had a wonderful time. I highly recommend staying at Toc Hostel for a great experience in Madrid.

I had an amazing experience during my New Year stay! the hostel was just a short walk from a bustling square and the metro station, making it super convenient for exploring the city. the staff was friendly and always ready to help. the hostel had a strong WiFi connection, perfect for staying connected with loved ones during the holidays. the breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options.
The lower bed in my dorm was too close to the floor, which made it a bit difficult to stand up. the kitchen was quite small, making it challenging for multiple guests to cook at the same time.

Great location in the heart of the city, just a few minutes' walk from the main attractions and public transport. The cleanliness of the hostel was impeccable, especially the bathrooms and common areas. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.
The roommates assigned to me were not ideal. The mattress in my room was sagging, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I had a fantastic stay at Toc Hostel for three nights during my vacation in the city. The bunk beds were like little cabins, providing extra privacy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location near Puerta del Sol and the subway couldn't have been better. The hostel had a fast check-in process, plenty of space, and the architectural layout was the best I've ever seen. The showers and toilets were separated, so there was no waiting time. The AC worked amazingly well despite the extreme temperatures outside, and the hostel implemented environmental sustainability measures.
Would recommend this hotel.

Beautiful and well-designed hostel. Friendly staff, particularly the person from the Dominican Republic. Perfect for friends who enjoy going out at night.
Felt like royalty, no complaints whatsoever.

Best aspects were the spacious and modern rooms, with comfortable beds that rival high-end hotels. The common area was huge, clean, and relaxing, and the kitchen and bar were great amenities. The central location was a major plus, with everything within walking distance and easy access to public transportation. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The weak WiFi in the rooms and the lack of privacy in the shared bathrooms. It was also a bit noisy at night, with other guests coming in late.

I had a fantastic stay at Toc Hostel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to the subway station. The staff was kind and helpful, especially in guiding me to the airport. The hostel was spotlessly clean, including the common areas and the kitchen. The atmosphere was great, with friendly guests of all age groups. The hostel had a strict no drinking policy, so it was peaceful and not noisy. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities, and the cleaning lady ensured everything was tidy. I highly recommend this hostel for a wonderful stay in Madrid!
